They make thickening shampoos. They're a bit expensive though.

well, you gotta take some vitamin, like horsetails (not a real one ok...its a herb's name)....and a multi vite.

rinse your hair with coconut milk three times a week for three months. after rinsing, let it set for 40 minutes before you shampoo...

ground fenugreek seeds with water till it becomes paste
massage all over scalp..do this everymorning if you can..leave it on for 1 hour. shampoo afterwards..

or..you go to a hair salon, get your hait treated..nad get a tonic prescribed by your hairdresser (ensure that your hairdresser is a professional with license)

get enough sleep and stop smoking or drinking alcohol for three months (if you are)....this would cause a tremendous change...well it did for me

Take B5 panothenic acid supplements & use a dandruff shampoo w/conditioner. Brush dry hair at night to stimulate growth & massage scalp. Get those supplements they work.

yes it is true that straightening does make you lose hair.
to make your hair thicker, buy volumizing shampoos or some volumizing spray.
