Imagine travelling to Australia in economy class or any other class with some idiot in the next seat on the phone to his/her relatives and friends for 20 hours!

now i hate people who have full blown mobile conversations in public wot i normally do is pretend to have a equally loud call right next to the TxxT , oh by the way i'm looking 4 the best answer on this one so let me down son.

Well it beats talking to the dull person sat next to you....

I was actually on a flight back from Dubai on Emirates and had a strong wifi connection all the way.... not everyone that travels is going on holiday you know, some of us do have to work!

It's all about making money!

The airlines will get a percentage of the call fee, and that's more iportant than the feelings of passengers

Hopefully people will realise the cost of calling from a mobile will be approx GBP3- 5 pounds per minute.

some how i dont think people will be calling much.

I think That may cause more incidents of unruly passengers...If I had to listen to that I Think I would destroy there phone.

i know what u mean. it would dive me nuts!!!!!!
why cant they wait till they get to other end.
after not if so they can go anywhere till they get to other end anyway lol.
