Hi having children is the most grown up thing you will do, your whole life takes on a different dimension, it is very stressful, but keep working on your relationship, it gets easier as the children grow up, good luck.

Relationships fall apart only if they are allowed to.Sure kids can be a strain on a relationship but there are still ways to find time for yourselves.work at that before you give up on everything.

Kids are not the problem they just amplify an issue that may have existed way before they arrived. Let's face it there is still some ignorant people that believe a having a baby solves marital or relationship issues and when it doesn't they are quick to blame the children.
The truth: Children are a gift in and of themselves they are not dolls, or objects used to hold and keep people trapped, they are not punching bags or unfeeling objects and they don't just dissappear when you are tired of them. It says a lot about the type of person that blames a child for a problem and it ain't good.

Sorry, but that's like asking 'How long is a piece of string.'
Although answers fall into categories, there are as many answers as there are marriages that have fallen apart.
This may not answer your question, but it might broaden your perspectives ...hopefully.
Sincerely.
Sash.

If parents don't take the time to nurture their relationship things can fall apart. Thats why you should take some time to have date nights. Things fall apart after the kids leave if you don't take the time to take care of your relationiship.
