I just heard about this and how yeast can collect and stay in the intestines after certain foods and antibiotics causing all kinds of negative symptoms.....

Well when you take an antibiotic, it not only can kill the bad bacteria that you are trying to get rid of, but it can also kill the good too. If a women takes it, it can cause an imbalance of the yeast in their vagina's (yeast infection) or sometimes their mouths (thrush). If you are taking an antibiotic, eat lots of yogurt or take L. Acidophilus pills or powder. That helps keep the good bacteria in your intestines and when you take the medicine, it will counteract the antibiotic and put back what is killed off. Back in April, I took a really strong antibiotic for bronchitis and now I'm dealing with my skin breaking out due to the imbalance of the bacteria. I am taking an antibiotic to treat that and taking the acidophilus to help the balance. So far its working out and I feel great.

Candidiasis can make you very poorly and lead to depression too.
Try yeast raiders and pau d,arco.
There will be a "die off" period and that can make you feel awful also.
Its quite a fight and you also need a strict diet.

All heath food stores carry a candida cleanse. Its a great thing to do every now and then.
