I think it would be helpful to use to heal gum disease. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine for many things and periodontitis is one of those. Get the leaf extract in a gel and massage it on your gums.
They will go from red to pink.

if your talking about the "neem" headlicce repellant spray from imported from norfolk island into australia, then i say "its tha shyt"! - its super dooper fantastic headlice and nit egg repellant - i love the shyt!
