I had the same problem - did not think it would ever end. They
could reduce me to tears with their constant fighting and bickering. some days i felt like running away ....that was then
Summer 2005 youngest son received his GCSE results while at
the Reading Festival his big brother (now a respectable accountant drove through the night to celebrate with him - even parting with £400.00 to buy a ticket to gain entry to the festival!!
BUT it wasnt until they returned several days later did i see just
how much they cared and loved each other - I was looking at two
hulking great guys who were giggling like kids at all the things
they got up to at the Festival.. now they see each other all the time , pub, poole, golf etc so all i say is Hang in there this phase
will probably get worse b4 it gets better BUT better it wil be
Good luck!!

Unfortunately 2 young boys of that age are going to fight no matter what. My mum had four me and my three brothers and there was just 6 years between us we fought on a daily basis with each other. Boys will be boys and no parenting tips will stop them fighting.

My boys are always fighting too. I have started grounding them together in the same room when they fight so that they can learn to get along with each other. It seems to be the norm for siblings to squabble, sometimes i think my boys hate each other.

My brother and I are about 2 1/2 years apart and all we ever did was fight. It is somewhat normal. The older one likes to be a bully.

Sound like normal healthy boys to me.
Me and my brother used to fight constantly...and I'm a girl. I used to bash his head on the floor - he used to bite me, we used to slam the doors on each others faces etc...hell we knocked lumps out of each other! But now we've both grown up we've chilled out a lot. Only have the occasional row now. ;o)

I was forever fighting with my brother who's 2 years older than me. I haven't had a meaningful conversation with him for about 21 years now - just a yes/no exchange!

i have 3 kids my little devils. ages 12 yrs (going on 21) 10 yrs(going on 20) 5years (going on 15yrs). its the worst between the two elders. they fight you tell them you have had enough you seperate them. not even five mins after they sneak to see eachother and end up arguing again. no wonder i am now bald after the summer holidays. haha

Oh how I remember those days!! Has anything changed over the last year, moved, etc. If not, they are kids, and you are the adult. You will have to sit them down, and tell them that your tired of it and will not tolerate it anymore! Taking away privilages, TV, video games, separate them if they share a room if possible. You will see their eyes open wide, I guarantee it!!! Stand firm Mom!!!!!
