I'm 13 in like 15 days and have been in puberty for 2 years now. I'm a male. Is there anything I can do so I can grow to my max, potential height?

I'm 13 in like 15 days and have been in puberty for 2 years now. I'm a male. Is there anything I can do so I can grow to my max, potential height? My dad is 6'0" and my mom used to be 5'5". I'm 5'8.5" and weigh 129 lbs.

you are 13 and 5'8"!? wow! that's pretty tall. umm, for your bones to grow you need to have a lot of calcium, and in order for your bones to grow, your muscles need to be healthy, so you need protein. eat lots of calcium and protein enriched foods like meats, cheese, milk, eggs, and stuuf like that.

You will grow to the height that was predetermined at your conception. You can't make yourself grow any taller than what's programmed within you.

merely eat healthful. In volleyball that's rather no longer purely how tall you're that counts. that's how extreme you are able to leap too. i might prepare leaping and do workouts which will make you leap extreme.
