Well, it could be the sign of a heart attack for one thing. I think you should go to the ER, like now. And don't drive yourself, have someone drive you, and if there is noone who can, call an ambulance. It may turn out not to be serious, but it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to heart attacks. Good Luck and feel better soon.

With all these symptom I will go to the emergency room for an heart ultrosounds.You probably think I do not know what Im talking about.I had these same symptoms before my heart attack.Or ask for a ECG
