This may sound crazy but for a few years I have been involved with the US military and a scientific endeavor that if I told you what it was you would call the funny farm. However it is all true. So, not to lose you, I work for a very secret agency but only they call me. I have no way of calling them. I haven't heard from them in a long, long time but I still do the secret scientific activity. I can't say any more. Sometimes I don't know how to handle it.

Find out if your agency is for real. If they provide you no contact number or email, then it is not worth the hassle. If you are not being paid or contacted by them, do not continue providing them any services. It sounds like a scam. I don't know what this is though, so only you can figure that part out. You may want to get an attorney, which is confidential to help you with this. It sounds like you may need one, especially if you have wasted your own time and money.

I think perhaps you should start wearing more black, and also wear black sunglasses. Ask people to "look into the light" and shine a laser beam at them.
If you stick with this long enough, the agents will come and bring you back to the lab.
