If you accept Jesus as your Saviour (John 3:16) you'll be saved with the rest of us sinners.

Anything in excess isn't good from pot to booze to obsessive behaviour. To put it plainly, don't get wasted (drunkardness) that you make poor judgements. We let our guards down when we get wasted and temptation gets the better of us. This includes anyone who:

- got too high to the point of ODing or severly scaring themself
- got too drunk and either harms their body (brain, liver and feel like hell) or harms someone else
- has a obsession with tangible or non-tangible "things"

I think it's safe to say that anything that distracts you from God and "walking in God's way" isn't good... BUT, God created us, gave us free will and knew what each and ever single person would do before He even created us. He knows we're a bunch of sinners and that's why He brought us Jesus to give us the only way to have everlasting life and a relationship; through Jesus we are invited to have a relationship with God.

Jesus' first 'micacle' was making wine at the wedding when His mother asked Him to. I think this act was more about Him doing something His mother asked; for us to learn about respecting our parents. However, if God didn't want it to be wine, he would have picked an alternative.

As long as you're not hurting yourself or anyone else - in any way - then what's the harm?

The Bible has a lot about being drunk, Proverbs 23:21, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.; Ephesians 5:18, Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. There is a lot more but one that's important is, Jesus says in Luke 21:34 Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life. Scripture from the NIV Bible.
I use to drink a lot, I know, your talking pot, but drunkenness is drunkenness and God will condemn the drunkard. I have a friend that uses pot a lot, has for many years. It will change you, your personality and make you numb, and dumb, I see it in my friend.
When I joined a Church and opened the Bible for the first time, I saw how much God disapproved of drunkenness I had to stop. God took the desire away, he will for you and you will be forgiven, but you can't just keep doing what your doing.
And chances are, you will get involved with the Law. You don't want to start down that road.
A Prayer for you, May God through the power of his Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit remove you attraction and or addiction of this harmful habit, Amen.

Eventually you will develop substantial memory loss and have trouble doing tasks that once were simple. You may also develop emphysema or lung cancer. Since you're a Christian you may have alot of people telling you that you are going to go to Hell too... but that's just as true as Santa making his rounds on Christmas Eve. There are health and well being issues with marijuana abuse but you shouldn't sweat the supernatural stuff... it's all bogus. Everything in moderation my friend.

If you are saved by grace, nothing will happen to you but the bad affects that you have from using drugs. Salvation is not a license to sin, but God knows were human...he created us, and thats why he died...to save us because he knows we are sinners, yet if saved...saved sinners. We will never lose sin or fix it or work hard enough to get to heaven, it takes the blood of christ to do that. No I dont think that drugs are a good idea or that God wants us to use them but you cant save the flesh, only the soul can be saved. If it were not so, why would he die for us in the first place, if it was not enough to save us?

What do you mean "What's going to happen to you"?

Nothing really wrong with smoking POT! Just as long as you can keep yourself under control and do do stupid things that would cause you to land in jail!

Please review the 10 commandments. Being intoxicated will not bring the Holy Spirit. But will bring in the bad guys.
