Sure, it will lower your intelligence and perception. It makes the sermon more believable.

In his 1st letter to the Corinthians (1 Cor. 11:27-29), St. Paul says, "Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the lord. A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself."
Do you think "chugging the wine" at church is drinking of the cup in an "unworthy manner?"

No, b/c that would be kinda rude and b/c its' supposed to represent the blood of christ and that would be disrespectful. You should only "chug it" if they have some left over after.

Probably not because it's expensive. But it might be alright if it's grape juice which a lot of churches use these days.

At my church it's grapejuice, and no one would care if you chugged it.
