That's a vast question.
I used to be Catholic. I think the Church has an agenda to continue and they don't care much about the people--just that they procreate and create more Christians to give them money every week. A lot of the outspoken Christians I met are motivated entirely by fear (they don't understand that however) and most of that fear is generated by others.
Jesus said and did a lot of wonderful things. I have NO PROBLEM with Jesus. I have lots of problems with the church that men created in his name. Some say "churchianity" rather than "christianity" is the problem. I don't like people who tell me I'm going to hell or that I should read the bible or whatever other holy book. I don't inflict my beliefs on them (unless they ask, like you just did).
Death is a transition. The soul no longer has a physical house to live in. it's very hard on those left behind in their physical houses (I've lost 4 loved ones in the past year so I'm in the middle of a lot of grief)--the interaction with pure spirit is different on both sides.
There's no heaven or hell. There's Home, or the Summerland, and everyone gets to go there. EVERYONE. There's no "punishment" for "bad" actions while on in the physical house. Every action has a purpose even if we don't understand it. Our souls are on a journey. One or more stops on that journey involves living in bodies on earth. Think of it this way: when you move away, you try to stay in touch with old friends, but the friendship changes, grows thinner, and most long-distance friendships that used to be "in person" ones fade away. That's how the dead feel about the living. They know we miss them--and they miss us too-- but they've moved on.

I'm a chaote/ceremonial magician. What exactly I believe is waaaay too big for this and changes daily, but essentially, I believe in belief; what you believe is true for you, and I don't mean in a psychologica, makes-you-feel-better-sense, I mean it's true. Solid truth. This goes for everything, including death and afterlife.
That should also show my view on Christianity--if you believe it, it's true for you.
Not being a proper pagan but a weird other thing that doesn't exactly have a place, my views should not be taken as representative of paganism. They could, however, be taken as representative of chaos magic--chaos magicians in general like all religions pretty much the same.

Most beliefs in Christianity is pagan so I guess they just join a church.
The Christmas tree came from sun worship. Jesus wasn't born then and the sun god was. the decorations on the tree represent stars and the sun. Astrology. The Easter Bunnie is from pagan sex worshipers A rabbit laying colored eggs???
A jolly fat man who flys through the sky pulled by 8 tiny rain deer??? Giving gifts to spoiled rich kids.
Look at all the other beliefs on the holidays all came down from pagan worshipers. The T or Cross came from the worship of Tammuz a pagan god. The Catholic Church has statues of the saints and Mary and Jesus. Idol worship.
Most Churches belief in Ghosts and demons and the under world. They call hell. It would be difficult to find a church not seeped in pagan doctrine.

How much time do you have?
Seriously - follow the link above, or go to http://www.religioustolerance.org and look into Paganism. That's really such a broad umbrella that I doubt you'll get detailed answers here.
Views on Christianity vary. Personally, I don't have a problem with it, so long as its followers aren't infringing on my rights to my beliefs. Many pagans (myself included) used to be Christian, so we have a better understanding of the Bible and such than many may choose to believe.

I'm not pagan as I don't have any religion
I would call myself irreligious that means I do believe there is a god (something caused the universe to be)but not one that is doing a big brother and watching our every move.
I believe Jesus (Christ) was nothing more than a man of history who has had his name used and abused by religion ever since his death.

Our lives glorify the Gods. By our existence, by always striving to learn more about our world we glorify them. They are part of us and we are part of them. The purpose of life is to learn and to love. That is all.
Death is part of life. It isn't the end, but another rite of passage that we all go through. Others include birth, puberty, leaving home/beginning adult life, entering the military, becoming a parent, becoming a grandparent, and menopause. All of these are celebrated in much the same way as Death is. As the end of one thing and the beginning of the next.
When you die, your matter decomposes into its basic elements and dissipates through the material world. Your energy joins with all the energy of the world. Your knowledge and experience becomes part of All that ever was. And then, one day, the energy that was you will be joined once again with a material creature preparing to exit to womb. It will cease to use its mother's energy and will begin to use its own (this is why mothers often have a burst of energy shortly before going into labor) and then you will be reborn.

I believe that after death I will go to the Otherworld to feast with my deities and whichever ancestors are there at the time. I will review the lessons learned in this lifetime before coming back.
I have never practiced Christianity and don't know much about it. I don't really think about it.

Christianity takes away ALL your free will. If you break a commandoment you have to go and confess so you won't go to hell. They are always doing their typical brainwashing, watch Mother Angelica. Damn I scream and turn the channel when I see that frightful *****. I am a mystic. I believe in reincarnation. I believe in both white and dark magic. Protection spells. I believe at this point in time animals are worth saving rather than people.

You'll get a lot of different responses.
Check out http://neopagan.net/ or a Wikipedia article for some stuff like the beliefs.
Most of us don't like Christianity too much, but can tolerate it.
I'd explain more, but, my head's not all here right now. (Tired)
