You can't get Photoshop for free...and if you did it would be illegal...
Now if you want something free that is similar to PS then try GIMP...Just google GIMP PHOTO and it should be one of the first things listed

Not sure you can, but there could be a free trial version on the Adobe website.

Have your anti-virus and anti-spyware running. Scan any downloaded files with your anti-virus program. Watch out for the files that are obviously too small!!!
