Yes, but also include exercise and some hard massaging of the area. Cellulite is stored fat and massage helps break it down so your body can expel it. Be sure to drink plenty of water to flush out the fat.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Nope, cellulite is gender related and hard to get rid of. Excercise helps and the great cellulite cream out there from Avon.

smith is right... cellulite is a "clump" of fat cells, the cells that are in the interior cannot release their stored fat into the blood stream, and therefore exercise will not actually get rid of it, there are however medical procedures (not surgery) that will break up these cells, i cannot remember the name if i think of it i will edit this post, it is not a comfortable procedure. basically it is a really large vacuum that sucks the skin where the cellulite is up and breaks apart the fat clumps under the skin

No, i see skinny girls all the time who have appalling cellulite when they wear short skirts. It's a result of a high fat diet, stop eating fatty foods, get a massage thing, and walk around more, then it'll go.

No. cellulite is something that you cant really get rid of. you can tighten up your body but cellulite is genetic and if you have it do all you can to try and avoid getting more. But getting rid of it is hard.
