I know strawberry bread is not as common as banana bread, but it is SOOO good. Can somebody please give me a good recipe... I lost the one I had.

Strawberry-Pecan Bread

2 packages frozen strawberries (10 oz each), thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 (9- x 5-inch) loaf pans; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil; stir to mix well. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and pecans
Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Pour into loaf pans; bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Strawberry Quick Bread

1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 (3 1/2 ounces each) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
6 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
4 cups frozen strawberries, thawed (reserve juice)
PREPARATION:
In mixing bowl combine sugar, oil and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Blend on medium speed. Add eggs while beating at low speed, then mix on medium speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Combine dry ingredients; and add 1 cup at a time with mixer on low speed, mixing in thoroughly.
Add strawberries and 3/4 cup of the reserved juice; mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

I've never made Strawberry Bread, but it sounds really good!
Here's 3 recipes that I found for you...make's me want to try making some.

Strawberry Bread
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg plus 3 egg white, lightly beaten
1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
2 cups chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add egg, egg whites and oil; stir just until moistened. Fold in strawberries and nuts. Spoon into two greased 8-1/2-in. x 4-1/2-in. x 2-1/2-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 70 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yield: 2 loaves.

Strawberry Ribbon Bread
From Best of Country Breads
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 teaspoon red food coloring, optional
FILLING:
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
SERVINGS 32
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the eggs; add oil, strawberries and food coloring if desired. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
For filling, beat cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Add the egg, sugar, flour and extract; beat well.
Spoon a fourth of the batter into each of two greased 8-in. x 4-in. x 2-in. loaf pans. Spread half of the filling over each. Top with the remaining batter.
Bake at 350° for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (cover loosely with foil if top browns to quickly). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 loaves.

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon red food coloring, optional
1-1/4 cups chopped pecans
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
Drain strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Set berries and juice aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine eggs, oil, strawberries and food coloring if desired; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in pecans. Pour into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to a wire rack. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and reserved strawberry juice until fluffy; refrigerate. Serve with the bread. Yield: 2 loaves (2 cups spread).
