my sleeeping pills put me strieght too sleep.they works really good, but i still wake up feeling sleepy and it feels like i never really slept, time goes by quick for me too, it feels as if i just went to sleep and woke up an hour later when i really 8 hours.why is that?

why do you need sleeping pills,if you work out your body it will naturally tell you that it needs some rest. that's better then the uncountiosness the sleeping pills bit you.
try to fall a sleep in a natural way!!!!

Maybe the pills you're taking are too strong. See if you can get a milder prescription.

During sleep, your conscious mind shuts down and there is no awareness of time. This is especially true when you are given anesthetic for surgery. It seems like you're only out for a couple minutes, when actually, hours have passed. All the more reason I think you're being too heavily dosed with your pills. Get something a little milder, maybe a non-narcotic aid like Melatonin or valerian. You can get them in the health food store without a prescription

the active ingredient is still in your system. Some pills will leave you drowsy,but you can get some that don't. Talk to your doctor. Maybe you use pills too much. You aren't supposed to use them for more than two weeks.
