There are many reasons for hair falling out. Some are stress, low thyroid, and hormonal (estrogen balance). Pre-natal vitamins are designed for pregnant women. You'd probably do better with a good multi vitamin (from the health food store, not the supermarket or drugstore) with a LOT of B complex. Also, your body needs silica to build good hair, skin, and nails, and that's hard to get in your diet (especially if you're vegetarian). A good food supplement would be Horsetail herb - very high in silica.
And make sure you're not damaging your hair by accident with any kind of chemical treatments. Natural please, with regular conditioning.

Your hair is lifeless cells, taking supplementations won't make it advance swifter. Your hair can look greater clever in case you confirm you trim off the 1st indications of chop up ends, additionally doing warm oil cures will make your hair look spectacular. The hair braid element is a neat thought yet is an phantasm not honestly making your hair longer unfortunatly. A sort pal swears via eating jello for long, spectacular,, sturdy hair... staying power is what it rather comes right down to.

Never take prenatal vitamin without pregnancy or the direction of your doctor. They can be dangerous. You can get hypervitaminosis, vitamin & mineral depletion due to rebound effect, growth of cysts and tumours, and organ damage etc. If your hair is falling out, seek a medical qualified physician to examine you and run some labs. You may have a medical problem. Please, get the right help. Best of health.

As a pregnant hairdresser any type of vitamin will help your hair grow just being pregnant makes it grow even better then just taking vitamins. Nothing can make your hair grow back once its gone its gone you can never regrow dead hair follicals. But starting vitamins will help you from losing anymore.

Prenatals help pregnant peoples hair grow. I wouldnt recommend taking them if you're not they have too much iron, and unlike most vitamins too much iron is bad for you.
