my sleeeping pills put me strieght too sleep.they works really good, but i still wake up feeling sleepy and it feels like i never really slept, time goes by quick for me too, it feels as if i just went to sleep and woke up an hour later when i really 8 hours.why is that?

Sleeping pills are still narcotics and will give you a hangover. They also make me forgetful in the a.m. I try to sleep at least 8 hours and try not to do anything mentally difficult for 12 hours.

Hi! It sounds like you are taking too strong of a dose of those meds. Try cutting the pills in halves, or even quarters. Perhaps you don't need that high of dose. You can still get a good night's sleep, but not wake up so drowsy. Good Luck to you!

Because taking pills to sleep is not natural and your body knows that. Only take them if you NEED them. You should try to teach your body to fall asleep naturally.

maybe you arent getting enough REM sleep...
