Get six 1'' thick boards, 9'' by 9'' to 10'' by 10''. Make a box. Put some shredded news paper in it, or leave it around the box and they will put it in the box themselves.
My best friend has raised love birds for about six years now. You'd be surprised how easy it is. Pretty much anything will do that's enclosed with an opening small enough for them to feel safe but big enough for them to fit into. You can even buy small nest baskets for love birds.

I have three of them...No joke take a piece of newspaper and put it in the cage and watch them rip it apart, stick it in their wings, and make a nest with it.

buy a larger bird, kill it, then hollow out its carcas, this makes the perfect love bird nest
if you don't feel like spending money on a larger bird, kill the one you have, and buy a smaller one.
