To those who believe these are only negative characteristics that is because Buddhists believe these are the psyches of the unenlightened, and the enlightened are flawless. According to buddhist teachings the ego is not beneficial and is characteristically flawed, so its state cannot be "good".

I feel I am a mix of all the above plus many that you did not put in your list.
You seem to be trying to find the bad in everyone. If this is your goal I am best repsented by the following..
