When cooking ribs or similar meat place the bone side down. "AWAYS." When cooking chicken put the skin side up (to start). If you put the bone side up they will dry out.

The way I cook them is up. First, rub them on both sides with the following: granulated garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and a touch of sugar. Next, broil for a few minutes on both sides to get rid of some of the fatty grease. Then take your roasting pan, line it with enough foil to wrap totally around the ribs, add ribs and a little bbq sauce, fold foil over ribs and seal up really well. Bake for about 2 hours at 350. If they do not fall off the bone, re-wrap and bake a little longer. They are seasoned so well, you really don't need sauce, but make it available to anyone who wants to put it on. Enjoy!!

I always do my ribs in a foil packet first and slow cook them
-Lay foil down on baking pan
-Season the ribs withdry spices
-Lay ribs on foil meaty sides up
-Place foil on top and crimp all edges
-Add a little pink grapefruit juice to the packet before sealing
-bake at 275 for an hour and a half to two hours
10 minutes before removing from the oven cut open top of foil to expose ribs, put on sauce to coat and either bake, broil or grill

With this recipe it doesn't really matter. Rinse them off, pat dry. Salt and pepper them, put them in 9x13 or other pan. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover with foil and bake on low oven 250 for about 4-6 hours. Remove foil, drain water and put bbq sauce on. Replace foil and bake on 350 for about 30mins. Enjoy!!

Rub them with salt and pepper.
Bake them 1 hour, covered with foil, at 300F - 150C.
Uncover, brush with Hoisin sauce, and bake another 30 minutes at 400F -200C.
