high fiber foods will do the trick. don't load up right away if you don't already eat plenty though, it will clog you pretty well. whole grains and high fiber veggies like broccoli are great.

There are many, many foods that you can eat which will fill you up but won't make you gain weight.
These are foods that contain allot of fiber (before you say yuck, listen).
Fiber fills the body up, keeps it full longer, doesn't pack on the pounds.
Good sources of fiber rich foods are:
vegetables (especially carrots-both raw and cooked), beans,
fruit (like melons), bananas, apples are perfect.
Whole grain breads, oatmeal. Also many cereals are high in fiber and low in sugar so thay are also excellent.
If you like yougurt but it doesn't keep you full long, try adding a teaspoon of pectin to it. Pectin is the fiber from apples and you can find it in your grocery store in the jello area.
It is used to make jellies and jams. I use the sure-jel low /no sugar versions.
It's a powder almost like plain jello, and you put about a teaspoon into your yogurt. The pectin will keep you full several hours and if you put it into a low fat./ low sugar yogurt it will only be about 100 calories.
Pectin is tastless and once mixed in you will never know that it is there. It dissolves super quick.

anything with protrein in it and/ or fiber will fill you up. protein sources: nuts, eggs, meats,..) Fiber sources: whole wheat grains, green vegetables. These would be great to have in your snacks. If you eat foods like this in moderation you shuoldnt have problems gaining weight. but always remember to balance out your diet by eating other food groups too.
