Well, she's underage, he should've been paying some form of child support all these years. He (not you) could also check with the court that ruled on whatever the custody arrangement is, they would have her current address. I'm sorry, but he should be the one handling it, if he's the father. And he must be a horrible father to not even know where she's living, sorry.

The best thing to do is to contact the local police department in Ohio, and then they can run your daughter ssn in the computer and maybe they might have a location for her. Negatively checked at the local detention center for juvenile
