You sound like a victim of the birthday lottery. The time of year you were born determines when you start school. I also was 12 in the 8th grade. Just remember, you made it passed 7th grade, so you belong there just like everyone else.

Certainly, what could be wrong with that. A 12 year old isn't but a year younger than most of his peers in the same grade.
