My favorite is the jalapeno bagel. I like my bagel open-face, toasted with low-fat cream cheese and nova lox, topped with sliced riped tomatoes, crisp cucumber, finely sliced red onions, and a pickle on the side. Toasting the bagel releases the aroma of jalapenos and provides a warm crunch, it collides very well with the smooth texture from the cream-cheese and salmon- this combination is delectable. This bagel sandwich targets and satisfies all of your taste buds. Go ahead and give it a try.

This might sound weird, but it's good. I take an onion bagel, split it, spread butter on both halves, add a slice of swiss cheese to the top of each half and broil them until the cheese is drippy. Them I slap the 2 halves together and eat.....YUM

My favorite is Cinnamon Crunch from Panera. But if you have plain ones, you have a lot of options. I like to butter them and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Also try a pizza bagel, top with red sauce, mozzerella, and seasonings. OR try a sandwich version, diced chicken, chopped bacon, melted cheese, and ranch. Yum!

Garlic! But when I can't find that, then it's onion, or just plain. And Philly roasted garlic cream cheese if I can get it. No fruit. Maybe some salami.
