Butter them, spread with a little Cream Cheese, sprinkle with a little more cinnamon or whatever else you want. Try some of the new flavored cream cheese's also. Yum!! Drink with coffee, tea, milk, juice. Very Healthy and the carbs stick with you. Or I also like the flavored Bagels also.
