I mean are they some type of tax specialist that know all the best tax shelters. Don't many of us Americans go to H & R Block and other tax specialist to avoid paying or at least reduce the amount of taxes we grudingly pay.

People who work "off the books" do not pay any income taxes (federal, state, and local). Plus they do not contribute to SS or Medicare. In addition their employers is not paying any taxes toward the workers. Thus a whole bunch of taxes are not getting paid. Very diiferent from reducing tax through H&R Block.
The brightside is that the do pay sales tax. :)

Some illegals pay nothing in taxes because they work off the books. The only taxes they can pay are sales taxes. I use a tax preparer and I still pay a shitload of taxes. Where illegals really cost the American public it in the services they use. Hospital care, free clinics for their children, having to educate their children in Spanish and teach them to speak English, food stamps, medicaid, and then the companies that will loan them money to buy homes that they then have 12 or 15 people live in until they are trashed and then they lose them. There are also people like me who don't have a lot of education who have trouble getting a good paying job because the illegals will work for next to nothing. So we are pissed off about illegals.

Many small biz run/owned by illegals discount their services if they are paid in cash (construction contractors for example). They have nothing to lose, so they conduct themselves in this way. Nor do they pay workman's comp. A very high expense to most legal biz owners. This is a form of taxation to help injured people who became injured at work.
They also employ many if not all their employees in the same way (illegally) and of course they hire other illegals. This prolongs and repeats the offense and the negative effects they have on American culture.
If you think about it/do some research and see for yourself, there are billions of dollars not being collected due to this kind of behavior. That's on the paying end. If you consider the payout for social services such as health and welfare and education for illegals, many more billions are lost.
It must be stopped or all will be lost soon here in America.

Most illegals are paid under the table, so they don't pay tax. The ones that do are paying, but very little if at all because of the exempt status on the form. How can they file if they are using a fraudulent ss #. Illegals don't pay taxes.

Illegals either get paid cash under the table with no taxes taken out, or they use stolen identification and pay taxes in someone else's name. These taxes include state, federal, medicaid, and social security.

Illegals pay sales tax on everything, they just don't pay income tax, and you're right, most Americans get out of paying it too. If they're paid cash for working they don't pay into Social Security or Medicare, and there are a lot of Americans out there who work for cash too.

If they don't have proper documentation (SS cards), and employers are hiring them anyway, and paying them minimum wage or maybe $7-8.00 an hour (sometimes more in those meat-processing plants), and they're paid "under the table"-what do YOU think they're paying?

Anyone can get a TIN (tax payer id number) even illegals, as a person who does income taxes for low income I assure you many of them do have one and do pay taxes contrary to what many people believe. and the IRS could give a crap.. all they want is their money.. they do not turn anyone in.

Anything that comes out of your paycheck, illegals do not generally pay. if they did, then the IRS would quickly come after them and send them back where they came from.

At least 50 % of all illegals, have no social security cards and so cant pay taxes to the gov coz it would have to be deducted from paychecks. they get cash...
That is why it is important to legalize them, give them social security cards and there wont be any tax evasions...
