The BEST part is stir in cocoa powder at the last minute it taste just like a chocolate souffle!

3 egg ham omelet with a small amount of mild cheddar cheese
hashbrowns with tobasco and ketchup
dry white toast
ice tea with 1 sweet and low and no lemon!
