Are you asking how to increase the hemoglobin? Moving to Denver for starters will do that. So will dehydration - but don't do that. A diet with plenty of iron rich foods will increase your hemoglobin. Supplements/vitamins with iron like FemIron, Total Cereal - esp Total Raisin Bran, broccoli, red meat, chicken, spinach all contain iron. So do grapes and raisins. If your hemoglobin is high and you want to lower it please call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE and make an appointment to donate blood!!!!!! please?!!!!!!

You have to eat foods with iron. Red meat is the best source, beef, liver. There are also a lot of fortified foods, read labels. Brocolli, spinache. Don't eat so much junk food.
