place a banana skin conviniently close 2 the top of a staircase, then in the night get up and be thirsty, therefore going down the stairs more quickly than u would have liked. (medical warning: advice not to be followed as said action could invariably lead to paralysis or death)

Chiropractic adjustments are okay when done by a professional.
Massage and Stretches will help release that area as well. Yoga is great to release all those attachments. Tai chi is wonderful as well.

Just get a pro to adjust you- Thanks- My husband is a Chiro!
I'm a sports medicine therapist and often time young bucks will try this and hurt themselves. Twenty two years of experience its worth listening/reading that advice huh?!
