Dump him. If he really wanted to marry you he would have planned an extravagant engagement. He would have had a ring. He could have bought a diamond ring from walmart at least. He is just playing you cause he's afraid of losing you and not willing to commit. He's still keeping his options open. Which is what you should do too.

I answered a similar question not too long ago.You make it sound as if the problem is just the man's. Maybe he is expecting you to make some changes or adjustments and he is ashamed to talk to you about it.
I used to have a girlfriend who had body odour,I complained to her and she refused to change. I waited to she if she could clean herself up but she didn't.So I left her a*s*s.
Look at yourself and ask him to be open with you,maybe change is around the corner.
