Write letters. Call. Pray for him. Realize this is a new stage in life. Make reasonable goals to get together for holidays and when convient, and then do so. This too shall pass. Some day you will spread your wings and fly away from the nest too. It is bitter sweet.

you will miss him but you'll get over it!!! try focusing on a hobby or something that will keep you preocupied.....untill you feel better
