As usual, the premise of similar questions is not accurate or even a "fair" one.
The statement "Can we MAKE them wear upside down American flags", is extraneous to the subject.
The assumption of NOT enforcing the immigration laws of this country lends less credence.
Then the comparison to the Jews in Germany goes even further.
