Most illnesses hit kids harder than adults because kids' immune systems aren't fully developed. The princess needs lots of care from the royal mom. I'm guessing (hoping) that the M.D. who diagnosed her illness gave you instructions for her care?
Blessings to you!

Are you sure that is what she has? I can't help but wonder how she got mono...isn't that a kissing disease? I would make sure of the diagnosis and get a second opinion to be sure she gets the right meds for whatever is ailing her.

It is important that your princess takes plenty of bed rest otherwise she is going to be ill longer. also for a period right after the illness handle her carefully as her tummy will be a bit fragile, specially liver and spleen.
