Exactly! I have an MSW degree but while in school I hadto work at a Blockbuster for money and it was convenient due to the crazy school hours. I leave it on my resume to show that I am not beneathe having to work retail jobs and also I know how to deal with "real" peopl so to speak. Play it up and show how your diversity and experiences will benefit their company :-)

If you had to deal with the public at Subway, then it could still qualify as another customer service position. As far as resume writing goes, you can put in anything you feel applies or leave anything out. So don't feel like you have to put it in, but just don't add anything you haven't done.

I'd put it in especially since you seem so proud of it. At the very least, you'd be able to mention your accomplishments there during the interview and they'd be able to find out if and how you could be happy with THEM ... assuming you're not applying for MOSTLY customer service jobs.

Dealing with the public is customer service, it qualifies.
