I believe we are all children of one God, no matter what religion. We all need to keep an open mind and respect others beliefs and way of life, if we want to live in harmony. Although baptized and confirmed Christian, I no longer belong to any one specific religion, as I find too much hypocrisy around me, especially within the Christian religions. My strengths come from my determination to look inside myself, be guided by the one spirit we all possess, treat everyone as an equal and respect their ways. It's too bad our leaders do not do the same thing, for if they did we wouldn't have the problems we are facing today.

What keeps me strong is that I know I am a spiritual being having a temporary human experience and that my source is God, which is never changing, perfect love and peace. I have learned and experienced that practicing love and forgiveness for everything and everybody that interferes with my peace brings more peace and happiness to my life, which will eventually lead me to return to my source, which is God and everlasting.
And just so you know, I am not into organized religion, which I believe is filled with hypocrisy and I don't go around trying to convert everybody to my way of thinking. My belief is just something that resonates in my soul and everyone has to find for themselves what resonates in their soul. I wish you love and peace.

When I am down and out, because of some un-happy event, I always focus on the Lord. I always think to myself. Dear Heavenly Father. Please help me. Lift my burdens and get satan behind me. Protect me from un-happiness and then I try to picture the face of Jesus in my mind. It brings instant relief. But you have to do this with true sincere beliefs. I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth. This helps you(me) to go on and try to make a lemon into Lemonade.

Iam convinced that it is the pleasure of Allah (SWT) that I serve & worship Him of my own free will.

I am not AS concerned with the afterlife, as I believe it will take care of itself if I am truly in His will...
