you are 13 ... at that age your weight will fluctuate due to hormones and natural growth spurts .. and at certain times of the month it will tend to be more noticeable
please don't go on any strict diets , as your body does needs fats etc during this growing period and you may not have enough of the vitamins and nutrients you will need
instead , eat sensibly , and do gentle excessive ...
if you weight does get excessive ( which it is not at the moment ) then i would suggest seeing your doctor for some advice on diet and excessive as they will take into account your age etc and be able to help you more and in a professional manner ...
but for the moment , don't be so hard on yourself ... you are still growing !
love to you xx

you're 13. You're body is not done with its changes yet. Eat a HEALTHY amount of calories each day and get a decent amount of walking in each day, maybe pick up a sport you enjoy, and by the time you're 16 you'll be lovely. Lay off the fatty foods and snacks. You know which ones.
Just remember that while you would like to be thin tomorrow or next week your body doesn't work on those types of timescale. Be patient.

NO I actually don't think your fat. Accordin to your hieght you may be toward the top of the healthy scale but you are on the healthy scale. I don't have a site to give you. But Sit Ups and arobic excersise like dancing around yoga and jogging should get you in shape.
Good Luck!

I don't think you are fat. Just try to keep fit. Do some jumproping! Join a school sport team. Get a friend to go running with you. And equally as important, cut your fat and calorie intake if you feel you need to.

you are very young, please don't worry about your weight. but you can start to look at the things that you eat. are you a junk food junkie? it's never too early to start eating healty snacks like fruit and cheese. if you find you're eating a lot of fast food or junk, start making dietary changes. i remember the lunches in high school. nothing but junk and we all ate it. maybe start walking for exercise with a friend. being active each day really helps with your health and maintaining a healthy weight.

I'm exactly like you! I would not consider that you're fat, cause I'm like you. But I do eat carefully, so I don't gain more weight. But if you want to take control I have some tips. Send an E-mail if you're interested.
