He he he, I like these questions......why not take her out for a meal at hers or your favourite restaurant, and before you go contact the chef. Ask him to pipe in writing around the dish your girlfriend orders....."will you marry me?".......I am sure the restaurant will also provide a free bottle or glass of bubbly for this occasion....this will take a little planning, but no more money than a normal meal out....(apart from the lovely ring you have bought in advance of course!!!) So Good Luck for this....and may you have many years of happiness together.......

A walk in the park is always nice... Go for a picnic while the weather is still nice. Take champagne and some good food pack it all up in a basket with a blanket and go to the nearest park or wooded area (a nice romantic background but some place off the beaten path so she knows you put thought in to it) Take or pick her flowers and get on one knee. Tell her you love her and the rest will come naturally! Don't worry after 6 years she's gonna say yes!

If she's really the women for you, money won't matter in the slightest.
I obviously don't know anything about your girlfriend, but after so many years together, you do. If you do it in a way that is personal to her, or personal to your relationship, then it'll be the most romantic proposal in the world.
That could be going somewhere that's special to the two of you, listening to her favourite love song (sounds cheesy, I know, but cheesy doesn't exist if it's sincere) or simply telling her exactly why you love her and exactly why you want her to be your wife (this might take some planning and note-taking beforehand!).
I wish you the best of luck.

Ok Me & my fiancee have been together for 4 years now, and when we got to the stage that we was getting serious about each other, I booked up a trip to Paris on the Eurostar, she thought we was just having a short break to Paris, we had a boat trip down the river sienne, then we got to the Eifel Tower, I took her right to the very top, and then I popped the question "Will you marry me"?
Ok the answer was Yes, as she is absoultely smitten with me, and I asksed her Mum & Dad for there blessing, in which they gave me, but cut the story short , as the saying goes we will always have Paris, but you need to do something very romantice with something she like best, and beileve me you will get the answer you are looking for!
I hope this helps?

Ok love bird,
When I got marry with my husband he didn't have enough money. You should do your wedding Latino style ok I will explain. You take a piece of paper and write down your closes family member that u trust, ur closes friends, and make that list. Call each one of them and ask them that u wanna get marry and that if they could help out. First, let say like your mom cooks the food. u and ur dad by the wedding dress for her. ur cousin or friends can pay for invitations, other friends can put favor and so on so on before doing this ask her to marry u. save money and buy her a diamond ring bling bling.. If you want I can do ur favors I could make your wedding favors but u only have to find some one to pay for them. what state u live in>? anyways i wish u the best if anything don't esitate to write me back.
love
tatiana

you should what my brother did for his wife. They didnt have a lot of money but he made her her favorite foods which was a big variety of chinese food and inside the fortune cookie he put the proposal so as she broke the cookie and read the fortune he got down on one knee with the ring. She said yes of course..she will definitly appreciate the thought , detail and hard work you put into the proposal rather then just spending alot of money.you should give her a very romantic story for her to tell all her friends so they will be very jealous.lol..good luck!

Start out with a small ball of string. Slide the string through the ring. Hold it in your hand. Have her sit down and tell her you love her and you hav something to tell her. Take the end of the string and tie it to the tip of her ring finger. Tell her you want to be tied to her for the rest of your lives while the ring is sliding down the string onto her finger.....very romantic don't you think? The rest is up to you.

It is definitely time to propose to her! This is what you do...go on a hike in the forest and when she is not looking place the ring somewhere close so that you know where it is, and say to her "hey, come and look at this". She will come over and let her find it. Once she has found it, pop the question. Best of luck to ya!!!

my fiencee took me to the place that we had our 1st kiss! We were just sitting on the grass by the river watchinh the world go by, and he just got down on one knee and said that he loved me with all his heart and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, and that he knew he wasn't the richest person in the world with grand plans to make money, but he knew that he could make grand plans to make me happy. i said yes and he then got on the phone to my mum and told her that i had said yes, then all his family.
The ring isn't the biggest rock on earth or the most expensive, but it came from him, he made the effort to go and choose it and really put thought into it!
We're getting married next year and i can't wait!
Just do something that is special to the two of you and personal!
You know her better than anyone else does, therefore no what she finds romantic or sees as a special place for the 2 of you!
Good luck! Shes obviously a lucky girl!!!

If you want plan a picnic, take her to a really nice park, somewhere were you know you won't be interrupted. Pack some of her favorite things to eat, it'll set the mood trust me. Take her some flowers if you want. I think it's very affordable and very romantic try it and see. Good luck and congrats!
