Sandwiches aren't always messy if you make them right and wrap them. If you do sports or something and need a snack, I'd suggest Chewy granola bars. They're easy to carry and not messy.

Bring healthful snacks like mozarella cheese or granola bars. You could also make a wrap instead of a sandwich. I eat those all the time and they're less messier than sandwiches. Try frozen dinners, too. Bon appetit!

I would bring some grapes, and get an ice pac, a sub doesn't melt as quick as a regulasr sandwitch, a rice krispy, and a juice.

Fruit or vegetables in baggies, there are all sorts of prepackaged snacks and meals out now, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich would be good too.

cut up breakfast bars into little pieces and put them in a plastic bag that way the bag can stay in your pocket or book bag and you can snack all day if you want to--
