i am 30 and had a '' normal'' relationship with females , but all my life try to avoid touching anyone , i just don't like to be touched (even a hand shake) the problem now is it's getting worse and i will do anything not to have any contact with anyone , that dosent really bother me but some girls think i might be gay, or that i am racist .

it may be because you prefer you own space and don't like for anyone to close in on your comfort level. If it is getting to that point, i would suggest you get into therapy.

Has something bad happened to you in the past. You are this way for a reason. Maybe as a child you were touched and after that you are scared for life. You need to seek help from a mental health professional.

You sound like you have issues with intimacy/boundaries that need to be addressed psychologically if they interfere with your social life. It may be a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder similar to what people say Howard Hughes suffered.

sounds more like a phobia than a fear, you should probably consider some therapy. You may also have a social anxiety disorder. Things like this can be treated so you live more comfortably you may need some sort of anti-anxiety medication,but if it helps your problem, isn't it worth it?

Maybe you had something happen in your past that someone did that makes you feel this way. Think back on it and see what you can come up with. Or try seeing a counsellor.

I'd see a doctor for that problem. It might be something psychological and needs meds.
