Okay ive known this guy for about 3 mounths now. He is 19 i am 18. He is the man of my dreams. I am madly in love with him. I cant stop thinking about him. He is everything ive ever wanted. But the thing is we are "just friends"

Let me thry to explain. He had a very bad childhood and has low-selfi-steam. He thinks he is not good enough for me. He thinks i deserve better. He does not relize how perfect he is. Ive told him how i feel but he still just wants to be friends. I know he likes me. we have kissed but "thats it". Im afraid he will never be intimate with me. What should i do. (please help me).

First, three months is NOT very long!!!!! I suspect you are in the first stage of "love" in which what you are feeling is only glands calling out to each other. You need to slow down and give a LOT of time to this relationship to allow things to develop on their own.

It's been my experience that when a man tells you something like that, you had better listen. He knows himself better than you. Just continue being friends with him and if doesn't come around by six months from now then look elsewhere.

You are only 18. You have the rest or your life ahead of you. You need to date around more and give yourself the time to gain more experience and maturity. I suggest you not "get serious" with anyone until you are in your mid 20s...at LEAST! By then you'll have more experience and maturity to help you make the more accurate decisions.

The last thing you want to do is wind up with the wrong one just because you got in a big hurry.

Give him time, be there with him.

Tell him that he has no right to decide if he's good enough for you, that only you can decide that, and that you really want to go out with him.

Try to help him build up his self esteem and let him know that you love and accept him for who he is. Tell him exactly what he means to you and that you are in love with him and that you want him to love you too.
