We meet at the point of believeing in Jesus. However we separate at the fact that Christians believe Jesus is the son of God and was crucified. Muslims believe that Jesus is a messenger of God. He was never crucified. We believe that before he was put on the cross that God lifted him into heaven and he is there today. Remember the movie, Passion of the Christ? The guy that went into get Jesus before they put him on the cross. Muslims believe that that guy was given the appearence of Jesus and he was crucified instead. We believe that Jesus is in heaven right now, and that someday Jesus will return to mankind and lead the armies of the righteous against the armies of evil.
