Good Hair Product to make your hair wavy?

does anyone know any products that make your hair wavy but doesnt make your hair look like its wet or gross or sticky or anything

The only product that I know of that can do this is, Wash and Curl. Supposivly your supposed to wash your hair with it and then afterwards it gives you ring curls. For me all it does is make my hair wavy.

pin curls---HUGE loops of hair that have to dry in a circle with a bob pin. hahahahaha--somebody's mother or granny can show them EXACTLY how to do it!!
