Buy yourself a bottle of unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. Wash your hair with Head & Shoulders intensive treatment (dark blue bottle). After you work up a good lather pour about 2-3oz of cider vinegar on your hair(message shampoo and cider vinegar together onto your scalp), let it sit in your hair for a few mins. then rinse. 2xweekly. It really works!

Use treatment shampoo for dandruff most of the shampoo available are only those which control the dandruff, the day you stop using them dandruff is back with a bang.If you oil your hair with good nourishing qualities then much of your problem is solved like use pure almond oil (little) of the oil massage it into
your scalp for two or three minutes see if it helps.
