umbrella no just get one when you get to C R. I was in C R several times during rainy season it's OK as far as packing it won't be real hot or real cold could get hot on the beach, but you didn't say where you were going.

I have been there, every bit of 14 yrs ago. We had a few rainy days, but still kind of humid. I had gone the end of December to the middle of January. I would bring a little bit of everything....just so that your properred.
