What the hell difference does it make what Steve Irwin's religion was? Death will come for all of us! This was just an unfortunate accident.

It's very sad. My family loved watching his television shows during the last several years. He was a special person with so much knowledge, dedication and charisma.

Your question does a real disservice to a Steve Irwin's death, while making an illogical, inappropriate statement. I'm Christian, but I'm really getting tired of some of the stupid, religious rantings I see here sometime.

Although I don't consider your question a 'rant', I find it sadly annoying that you've chosen to try to interject religion into what is just a tragic accident that has taken the life of a man who had managed to endear himself to millions of people.

From what I have seen on tv and interviews I think he was a spiritual man; as for his religion I do not know.

I feel for his family.. it's tough for young kids to understand why they lost their dad.

Think about your question. You make no sense. And, how dare you try to feed off of a man's death and his family who has to mourn him! Shame on you!

If you don't know what religion he is, then why are you assuming "his god didn't serve him well" ?

Nice using a man's death to make your Atheist point.

I don't know what religion he was or what his belief was ... but now he's finding out about eternity.

May his children and his wife be comforted.

What do you mean. Death is death. Whether you die in bed or with a rod stuck up your butt, you are dead I hope Steve was a christian.
