not sure but that will be really appreciated by people with disabilities, as long as the usual morons dont abuse the situation, you know the ones, on disability/invalidity benefits when all thats wrong is sheer utter bone idleness.

Sorry will get off my perch now.. but I support people with learning and physical disabilities and the wasters really p..ss me off

Yes. Won't that give the rest of the population something to moan about !!! All those poor (normally housebound) people in wheelchairs cluttering up (occupying places specially provided for them) space on the buses and trains, and all for free.........
I can't wait for it to start !!!

Why should they? People who are funded by tax payers should only be funded to travel set journeys for essential reasons only.

If someone needed hospital etc fine, but if someone just wants to galavant off to bognor for a boozy weekend then they can bugger off not on my taxes!
