Read lots of things..let it be comics, novels, magazines or newspapers..just keep reading. When u read, u tend to pick up lots of new words. This widens ur vocabulary and helps u to use a variety of words while speaking thus improving the quality of ur speaking.
For improving more of ur accent and fluency, u have got to speak with people. Although u make mistakes while speaking or people laught at u, just speak what u want to say. And at the same time, try to pronounce the words as they are given in the dictionary so that u inhabit a standard accent that doesnt sound weird or funny to people.
Best Of Luck!

But the fact is you have to open up your mind. You have to remain positive and open to life no matter what happens.Never ever let down by failures.Get up and start again.

As far as improving your english first shed ur inhibitions don't b shy and start interacting with people in english even with strangers.Along with it keep improving your vocabulary, grammar and pronounciation.
