This means that you really need to wake up and realize that you are killing yourself. I don't feel bad telling you this because once in my life I struggled with obesity and through exercise and changing my eating habits I have lost 121 pounds and kept it off for three years. I think the best thing you can do is ditch the smoothie maker because drinking all of those calories isn't going to satisfy you. Ice cream, maple syrup and a banana are all very high in sugar and if you are morbidly obese I would guess the last thing you need is a bunch of sugar. My advice would be to begin a low carb, low fat, low calorie diet and start exercising. Nope, you aren't too fat to exercise. If you can move at all you can burn calories. Start by walking for 10 minutes then next week walk for 20 minutes. By the end of the month 30 minutes will be a breeze. Just ditch the sugar. I was such a sugar junkie and now I can hardly stand the stuff.

Morbidly obese means just one thing in everyman's language - you're a fat bastard, and coming on here and the first thing you say is that you've just bought a tub of ice cream and some maple syrup, well, it's bloody astounding ! You REALLY WILL have to change your ways, and making ice cream smoothies just ain't gonna be one of'em !!! There is only one way to lose weight. We all know what it is; I know what it is, and YOU know what it is - STOP BLOODY-WELL EATING SO MUCH - and in your case, by a great amount, and ice cream smoothies are just NOT on the agenda. You really HAVE got a cheek coming on here and saying "I think this diet will be OK". Do you know what I think? Do you really WANT to know what I think?
I THINK YOU'RE TAKING THE PISS OUT OF US ! You're a wind-up merchant aren't you?
You hope you can count on our support..... Yes, it's your OWN SUPPORT that you're going to need. Stop being such a greedy whatever you are - you don't say and your nickname's no help. Simply STOP eating so much. You'll soon feel the benefits - and yes, despite what you're thinking, I DO know what I'm talking about - I went from 19 stone down to twelve and a half, so you see, if THIS prat can do it, ANYBODY can. Good luck with your (PROPER!) diet.

Forget dieting......think about permanent life style changes. Anyone can lose weight on a fad diet temporarily, but it will come back and so will the extra pounds. Don't think about what you can't have concentrate on what you can have. Give up fast food, it is not an option anymore. Portion control.....thats a biggy to master but you can do it. There are a lot of pre packaged meals at your grocery store which meet just about any craving you have. If you like Pizza, try the Lean Cuisine.....pile it up with extra mushrooms, onions and any other low cal veggie you like.
Get yourself on three meals a day, about 1200 calories.
Examble: Cereal and Non Fat Milk for breakfast .
1 Lean Quisine Entree for lunch
Skinless chicken breast/can of veggies(dinner)
In between meals have a cup of nonfat yogurt or a piece of fruit. It will be hard the first week but if you really want to lose the weight you'll stick with it and it will get easier.
Start walking!!! It's easy and it won't cost you a dime, look at Jared, the subway guy!
Let this way of life become the way you are, healthy in mind and body. Those pizza commercials look good but if you notice, nobody in that commercial is fat and you can't see the clogged arteries.
I wish you the best, it starts in your head....good luck

Morbidly obese means it could seriously affect your health. Making a smoothie with ice cream & maple syrup is not wise, try this one, it's lovely!:
Natural yoghurt (plain) 1/4 glass
1 banana
1 dessertspoon honey
whizz it all up til smooth then top up the glass with skimmed milk, whizz again....hay presto........yummy smoothie!
Good luck on your road to thinness.

I would guess it means that your life is at risk unless you start to lose some weight soon.
Try working out what your BMI is. It is probably well over 30 and this might be what you need to focus on.
I would not necessarily advise you not to eat ice-cream and maple syrup, but you may find that you get more satisfaction from frozen yogurt and fresh fruit. Small amounts of ice-cream and maple syrup will not kill you.

Morbidly Obese means that you are risking your life, you could be at risk from a heart attack or a stroke. You need to cut out the sugary items and concentrate on fresh fruit smoothies. Try and eat fish, chicken, pasta, rice, pulses and lots of fresh veg. Drink plenty of water or sugar free juice, diet coke or Pepsi. My motto for going on a diet is leave it on the shelf in the supermarket then you cannot eat it at home. Good luck hon.

Is this a serious question? I mean, if it is, then you should go to your doctor or nutritionist and get a list of healthy food, because ice cream and maple syrup are really bad food choices if you need to loose weight...
If you ARE serious, then good luck, I hope you stay strong and overcome your weight issues.
You CAN do it, you have the power to within you... just believe in yourself and your ability live a healthy life.

Obese is seriously over-weight. Morbidly obese means that your life/health are in danger because of your weight. Please tell me you're kidding about ice cream and maple syrup.....is you have an underlying death wish, get psychiatric help. If not, and you make Sugar Smoothies, you'll die sooner than later.

are you real? why are you making smoothies with these when you are obese? if you really are morbidly obese you should be using fruit and veg to make your smoothies. not ice cream or other calorie packed stuff. go to see your doctor to get a proper diet.
