I would like to create my own personal website for free.Please sugesst me link for that .My experience with freeweb link was not that much good.I would like to know about easy & hassel free link please help me

you know you should use free web hosts but you can not install programs such as phpbb or portals becuase they would accept html files only in the other hand if it is emergency for you i can help you i have a web site and i can let you to use my ftp and do what ever you want my id in yahoo is salam_manam_amir

http://tripod.lycos.com easy to do. You can start with using their templates.. or you can move to doing your own. I've been with them for years.
